Sydney Disability Expo back for 2022

Expos provide a great opportunity to explore new services and products across a specific sector, but for those with a disability, it can be hard to know if your needs will be met at the venue.

To take the guesswork out of attending the Sydney Disability Expo on August 5th and 6th, Ablequest's Barb Sullivan spoke to Kathryn Carey, the Head of Events at Impact Institute. Kathryn discusses not just about the types of exhibitors but also the provisions that have been made to ensure the experience is beneficial for all. From wheelchairs available to rent for free, disability access maps of the venue and the special guests who will be holding talks and events over the course of the two-day event.
