New program alert! Introducing 2RPH Signals

We are very excited to be launching a special new program in September – the radio version of this newsletter!

The program, 2RPH Signals, will be a 15-minute broadcast covering all the latest 2RPH news, volunteer stories, and program announcements and profiles!

The new program will be presented by volunteer presenter and Board Member John Martin, who shared some of his thoughts on the new program with 2RPH’s Danielle Hanrahan.

“2RPH Signals will be much like what you’re reading here: news about the station, short samples of some of our best programs and perhaps a quick chat with some of the people who make up 2RPH, both those in front of the microphones and those who support them and keep the station humming along.

“I am greatly looking forward to the program starting. I’ve been involved with the station since late last year, but mainly by taking part in discussions at meetings of the board and several committees. That’s been interesting to do, but it will be wonderful to also be ‘hands-on’ actually making programs – what the radio station is really all about!”

Be sure to catch the first broadcast for 2RPH Signals on Monday 14 September at 3.15pm (AEST). It will then be repeated two weeks later on Monday 28 September at the same time. Tune in and let us know what you think of the program once it goes to air. Email us at info@2rph.org.au.
