COVID-19 and 2RPH

We are living through difficult times at the moment, so we wanted to update our valued listeners, members and supporters of how we are meeting the challenges of the coronavirus.

We are still broadcasting from our studios in Glebe. We are taking action to ensure the safety of our many volunteers and staff by putting a number of measures in place to minimise the risk of infection. As a result, there will be changes to our broadcast teams and to our program.

From Monday 23 March:

  • Newspaper programs – Sydney Morning Herald/The Daily Telegraph, The Australian, and Features Forum – will be presented by two people, instead of three. This is to minimise the number of people together in close quarters.
  • To do this the Newcastle Herald will be cancelled. However, articles from the Newcastle Herald will be incorporated into readings of the Sydney Morning Herald/The Daily Telegraph program.
