Program host Vivian Schenker chats with The NSW Ageing and Disability Commissioner, Mr Robert Fitzgerald, the experiences of people with disabilities and the elderly during the COVID-19 lockdown. They also discuss the difficult topic of  coercive conduct, and the importance of education in combatting this, and touch on the current services in place, including the NDIS and Aged Care packages, and the gaps that need to be filled.
