Next on Monday Profile we feature the first indigenous Australian to win the prestigious Bulgari Art Award, Daniel Boyd. A Kudjla/Gangalu man from North Queensland, he has exhibited his playful, articulate work nationally and internationally since 2005, bringing an alternative lens to Australia’s foundational myths. Boyd's eerily beautiful paintings of historic events and people have placed him at the vanguard of Australian arts.
